A class I medical device known as a Dry Bath Incubator or dry block heater is used in clinical laboratories to create a controlled dry heating environment for test tubes carrying in vitro diagnostic specimens or samples for a qualitative or quantitative procedure. The incubation and activation of cultures, enzyme processes, coagulation studies, enzyme reactions, inactivation of Sera, restriction digests, and polymerase chain reactions all depend on dry block heaters.

This apparatus features a Digital, 24 holes for 12mm tubes, and a temperature range of +5°C to 70°C. PT-100 temperature sensor. Its maximum heating power is 125W, and it has a timer, a temperature controller, and an LCD display that shows the temperature and the time. Block made of anodized aluminium, 220V AC, with buzzer alarm & overheat protection.
